Sat., May 30 ; 10am - 2pm It’s that time of the year again! The Friends of the Library Annual Book, Bake & Plant sale is just around the corner, so mark your calendars and make some room on your bookshelves! We’ll have plants for spring gardening, delicious baked treats, and lots and lots of books! This yearly tradition is a fun-filled day and all of the proceeds go to supporting the library. But it wouldn’t be a success without help from our members and community! The Friends of the East Kingston Public Library is a 501(c)3 volunteer organization.

We will examine each issue in turn, highlighting the core moral questions they raise and their significance for shaping sound policies and regulations. Participants will come away with a clearer understanding of the ethical landscape of AI and the tools to think critically about its future impact. Dr. Kiki Berk is a Professor of Philosophy at Southern New Hampshire University. She received her Ph.D. from VU University Amsterdam. Her current research interests include the philosophy of death and meaning in life, analytic existentialism, and philosophy and pop culture. Mon. May 18 @ 5pm
