After School Club - Amazon Wishlist

We’ve had 137 After School Club attendees at the library this year through October. We love having the kids here. And we love that so many parents have donated snacks for the post-school munchies.

We’re doing homework, arts & crafts, and sometimes outdoor play. Thank you to our newest library volunteer, a local retired teacher’s aid who is giving an extra hand a few days a month. We’re always looking for more adult volunteers, especially those with education experience.

Want to help but don’t have the time? We’ve started a public Amazon wishlist with items geared towards this group. We’re also working with our Friends of the Library to purchase higher ticket items for the kids.
The after school program is Monday - Thursday during library hours.

Library Board of Trustees November 25

Meeting is held the last Monday of every month at the East Kingston Public Library.

There will be no December Trustee meeting.

Join us to explore useful methods for research planning through the case study of Elsie Gaskin (an eccentric librarian from New Hampshire) and become a better researcher along the way.
