Our annual Halloween celebration is Saturday, October 26! As always, we’ll have loads of fun games, spooky snacks, and oh so much more. Costumes are always encouraged! We hope to see you there! Can you guess what our costumes will be this year? It’s always themed! And! - We’re open for Trick-or-Treating again this year: Thursday, October 31 from 5pm-7pm
Pumpkin Jack is back to collect candy for Maplevale and Cricket Hill Trick-or-Treaters through October 30. This candy collection is put on by the EKES PTO to help offset the burden of candy costs for our 55+ communities. We ask that anyone bringing their children to Trick-or-Treat at Maplevale & Cricket Hill on October 31st donate one bag of candy (per child) to help out and to allow as many kids as possible enjoy the night in a safe place like Maplevale. Candy can be dropped off at any time during library hours (to feed Jack), or can be placed in the book drop after the library is closed.
