The Pound School or Used Book Store (UBS) is part of the Friends of the E.K. Library.  Our mission is to provide patrons of all ages with a wide selection of books.  Key to our success is accepting donated books and ensuring that our inventory turns over quickly.  To that end, specials are announced each month and can be found on this website, Facebook and Twitter.

The normal hours, are:
Friday's from 10am to 5pm; and
Saturday's from 10am to 1pm. 

We are staffed by a team of dedicated volunteers who work one shift/month.  It is a cheerful place, with friendly people who take pleasure in finding books of interest in all genre (Westerns, fiction, non-fiction, classics, young adults and children’s books to name a few).
