Check out the great money saving coupons at https://fullcirclecoupons/tools/fundraisers.com then purchase a year’s subscription for $25 (with $10 of this fee going to The Friends). This is better than the entertainment books because local businesses update their coupon offers frequently. Very user friendly too since you search on the site for your coupons and not through a big book. Have fun finding good deals for the things you need and raise funds too! Happy saving.

| Friends Fundraiser: Affinity Program offered by TD Bank |
Want to help The Friends raise money to support the Library? Here’s how you can help… TD Bank has created the Affinity Program as a way to support community organizations. If you are a current customer or plan to open an account with TD Bank (receive $25 when you open a checking account), please contact your branch, give them the code number A3259 (for The Friends) along with your account information. (Please keep in mind that your account information will remain PRIVATE and that this program is at NO COST to you.) TD Bank will make an annual contribution based on the average balance in ALL members’ accounts that have been designated for The Friends. (We need a minimum of 50 accounts in order to participate in this program.)

Come Cook Up Some Cajun Cuisine! In honor of Mardi Gras, The Friends of the East Kingston Library are hosting a Cajun Cooking Class. Roberta Daly, your talented instructor, will help you create a Fat Tuesday menu, including: Cajun Meatball Appetizers, Black-eyed Pea Salsa, Jambalaya, Bananas Foster, Louisiana Pralines, Creole Sauce, Hurricane Cocktail Punch, and more! Is your mouth watering yet? This Cajun event is on Thursday, February 23, at 6:00 PM at the Lloyd's house, 1 Pine Woods, East Kingston. The cost is $35 and you can sign up at the East Kingston Public Library. Fee is due at the time of sign up and is non-refundable. Limited space - so sign up soon.
